Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fats, meaning that we must get them from our diet because our body cannot make them. There are 3 main types of omega-3 fatty acids: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and ALA (alpha-linolenic acid).
T-rex, anyone? When visiting SAS Headquarters campus, you might just stumble across a T-rex! The large dinosaur model was a leftover prop for a Jurassic-Park-inspired opening session at SUGI in Orlando in the early 90’s. Now, it entertains passerby (and employees’ children) from the basement of our video studio.
