Chris joined SAS in October 2007 as a Software Developer of Fraud supporting the SAS Fraud Management Solution. He supported Sales Engagements, Production Support & Customer Relationship Management. Chris has grown a global support team for true 24/7/365 for direct SAS Fraud Management customers. Chris’s role is now an acting Advisory Industry Consultant for Fraud. Chris works directly with our customers as an industry expert assisting customers in finding the right solutions by understanding the customer fraud problems and how best to fit into enterprise IT environments. He holds several technical certifications including AWS Architecture and data security classifications. Prior to joining SAS, Chris worked at First Citizens Bank as an Enterprise Application Support Manager providing support on Enterprise Technology for internal and external banking solutions. Chris has over 15 years of banking experience in several roles in financial institutions. Chris is a graduate from Penn State University with a with a degree in Electronic Engineering while serving in the United State Navy as an Aviation Electronics Naval Aircrewman.
