Soo is an analytics specialist with over 20 years of experience in insights discovery and data science practices. She focuses on managing project delivery, embedding analytics solutions within end-to-end processes, strengthening analytics through mentoring and upskilling, and finding ways to incorporate strategic analytics. Soo has extensive experience across many sectors and has built and led the development of data science solutions to improve business outcomes for a wide range of areas. She was integral in developing technology that can surface, analyze and enable a simplified review of modus operandi and victim/suspect profiling. This revolutionary technology helps investigators become more efficient and includes text analytics to support preventative messaging to victims.

Soo received her Bachelor of Science in Pathology from the University of Melbourne and completed her certificate in AI & ML: Business Applications at the University of Texas in 2021. She is a proud mother of two children, and in her free time, she is an aspiring watercolor artist and an avid investor in Lego sets.
