Borja Luengo

Always eager to learn and develop new capabilities out of his comfort zone. Borja holds a degree in IT Engineering from the Pontificia Salamanca University and a Master in Business Intelligence from the EOI. He joined SAS in 2013 to fulfill one of his passions: help organizations create seamless end-to-end customer journeys in real time, to produce valuable interactions between companies and their customers. He specializes in helping company’s improve their customer’s experience with data. Former Engagement Manager and Implementation Project Manager at SAS, he currently manages SAS’s Innovation Lab in Iberia and leads the Customer Intelligence team within the Customer Advisory department. At the moment Borja his dedicated to creating high value experiences for the manufacturing and utilities sector’s in Iberia.
