I wonder though if 'personalization' is worth the effort. In some (bigger) cases it might be, but otherwise most scammers go for the 'mass' phishing or smishing approach I think. You only need a small % to fall into the trap to make it worthwhile... #saschat #fraud https://t.co/LNvy6wwIdb
