Say hello to our newest contributor, Dave Handelsman, who is a Principal Product Manager for Clinical R&D at SAS, which means he works as a liaison between the life sciences market and the SAS Pharmaceutical Software Development division. Basically, he's responsible for conveying the market's needs to the SAS R&D team and ensuring that SAS builds products that solve real business problems.
