As a Principal Systems Engineer in the SAS Government Business Unit, Manuel Figallo uses his expertise in data management , artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, visualizations, and the Cloud & API’s to help federal, state and local government entities solve problems to benefit citizens. Manuel is a passionate advocate and learner, and has published and presented at SAS Global Forum and many SAS Users' Groups, customer sites and universities. He holds masters' degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and UC Berkeley where he was an IBM TJ Watson Fellow. An avid traveler, Manuel is also fluent in Spanish, French and can get by in Portuguese. He is also SAS Certified.
