Jan Gjestvang-Lucky

Jan Gjestvang-Lucky (pronounced “Yahn” …and we’ll leave the last name alone) is a Customer Engagement Specialist in the Customer Contact Center at SAS, and also part of the Social Media Monitoring & Response Team there. All those fancy words mean he answers customer questions on SAS’ chat and social media. He’s a big fan of community building, customer experience, human-machine interaction, and the oxford comma. He is also (slowly) learning SAS programming so he can one day join the ranks of SAS Certified Base Programmers for SAS 9.
