Customer Engagement Specialist

Cesca Araullo is a Customer Engagement Specialist in the Customer Success Division of SAS, providing inbound and outbound support to SAS’ various communication channels. She has just completed her master’s degree in Cultural Heritage Studies and is also an active member of a local cultural heritage society group in her hometown, campaigning towards responsible conservation and upliftment of national identity. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, doing embroidery work, reading books and binge-watching.
