Senior Research Statistician Developer

Clay Thompson is a Senior Research Statistician Developer in the Multivariate Models Research Department at the SAS Institute. Among other activities, he develops algorithms and software for the analysis of causal effects using graphical models. Prior to SAS, Clay worked as a quantitative systems pharmacologist in the pharmaceutical industry. He received a BS in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
