Watch for the red vests

~Contributed by Stacy Hobson, Director of Customer Retention, SAS~

While you are at the SAS Support and Demo Area, watch for the red vests. You are going to want to meet the SAS Customer Loyalty team wearing them, as they will have a wealth of resources available to you.

The Customer Loyalty team’s most important function at SAS Global Forum is to help you find what you need within the SAS Support and Demo Area or within SAS throughout the entire event.

How can we help?

  • We’ll be your demo hall guides - steering you to the demos and contacts you need. If you aren’t sure where to start in the SAS support and demo area, don’t fret. The team members and I will find what you need and point you in the right direction.
  • Want to highlight your innovative use of SAS? Then you will surely want to visit us at the Innovation Wall where you can highlight your creative uses of SAS software.
  • If you don’t want to carry around your program guide or you left it in your last paper session – we will have the SAS Global Forum app on our iPads to let you know the schedule. AND, don’t forget to ask how you can win your very own Apple iPad.
  • Wonder who your contact is at SAS to help you with more training, on site events or books that address your SAS products and solutions? We can let you know!

Just visit us in the SAS Support and Demo Area.

Make sure you stop by the mixer sponsored by SAS Customer Loyalty Tuesday from 6:00 – 7:30 PM in the SAS Support and Demo Area. Come and learn how to play blackjack, roulette or craps. Learn a new magic trick, or come to get your photo taken at the SAS photo booth as a souvenir. We will have playing cards for you to take with you so you always know how to contact the SAS Customer Loyalty team.

We aren’t just in the SAS Support and Demo Area. If you want to know how to build a portal at your site to help your users get the most out of SAS Software, attend my paper session: Maximize your Investment: Building a Portal to Your SAS® Resources on Tuesday, April 5th from 4:00 - 4:50 PM.

Remember, look for the red vests.

We can’t wait to meet you at SAS Global Forum!
