As a Principle Product Manager for SAS Cost and Profitability Management at SAS Institute Inc. Tony maintains relationships with customers, field personnel and implementation specialists to formulate a global road map for the development and launch of SAS cost and profitability solutions. Since joining SAS (via ABC Technologies) in 1996, he has installed SAS software in more than 15 countries and 50 locations, working with the company’s largest manufacturing, service and public sector clients. Adkins has participated in expert panels and spoken at events with the Consortium for Advanced Management International (CAM-I), the Institute for Industrial Engineers (IIE), and SAS executive seminars in North America, Europe and Asia. Tony is also the current Industry Chair and leader of the Cost Management Special Interest Group at CAM-I and recipient of the 2014 Robert Bonsak award from CAM-I to recognize distinguished contribution in advancing the field of Cost Management. He is the author of Case Studies in Performance Management: A Guide from the Experts (John Wiley & Sons).
