Ruth Baldasaro is a Senior Data Scientist in the Applied AI and Modeling division at SAS. She spent more than a decade in analytical consulting where she led the design and implementation of solutions across health care, fraud, and the public sector. She helped organizations turn data into actionable answers and designed a patented system for calculating medication adherence. Her current work focuses on developing trustworthy, industry-focused models for health care and public sector customers, while championing responsible innovation. She holds a PhD in Quantitative Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
