Andreina is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at SAS, who is also leading the Diversity and Inclusion efforts across EMEA region. A psychologist from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello of Venezuela, with a Master Degree in Human Resources from the ESIC Business and Marketing School, she accumulates more than 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field in everything related to Talent Management processes. She is accountable for the implementation of the Gender Equality Plan in SAS Spain subsidiary and is deeply engaged with the idea of companies being drivers of social change, this is why she considers Diversity and Inclusion a very important area that should be fostered and developed in all the companies.
