Call for papers: From far, far away

0

The road to becoming a SAS Rock Star often starts at SAS Global Forum. Start making your mark by sharing how you use SAS at the 2012 SAS Global Forum, to be held in sunny Orlando, FL, from April 22 to 25.   Submissions are being considered in the technology and industry solutions tracks, and there’s even a mentoring program that provides potential presenters with tips on improving the quality and content of their papers.

Conference leaders review and select papers based on submissions. Each contributed submission, which should contain an abstract and a working draft, is judged on the quality of the idea and the writing. SAS Global Forum leaders will make final decisions after receiving all submissions. If your paper is selected, you will be notified by January 12.

Since the SAS Global Forum Call for Papers opened in August, we’ve seen a lot of interest from all over the world.  SAS users are happy to travel the distance, whether they are coming from South Carolina or South Africa.  In fact, we’ve received contributions from more than 70 companies in 16 countries! But time is getting short. The deadline for paper submissions is November 14.

That deadline is no longer far, far away. Don’t wait until the last hours. Submit your abstract and working draft now!

When your paper has been accepted, come back to this post and let us know what the paper is about. We'd all like an early preview - a little something to talk about before the big show.
