This is the week that I’m supposed to clean up my office (I won’t.), and things are supposed to slow down (They have a little.). Some folks are still here physically at work, but I think that their hearts and minds are elsewhere! Most everyone is in the mood for the holidays, and the weather forecast is calling for snow in the Cary area on December 25th!
As I wrap up the year, I’m grateful to have a wise and supportive management team, great co-workers, and of course, a wonderful place to work. SAS didn’t get the Best Company to work for in America this past year without a reason. I’m also proud of the ways that SAS software is used to improve the world – things such as “helping to keep the bad guys off the streets, fighting climate change, improving cancer research," and so on.
To all SAS users – thank you for using SAS in so many meaningful ways. Whether you plan to be home, or traveling to see family and friends over the holidays: Be happy, be safe. Relax, get some rest, rejuvenate. And all good wishes for the New Year!

At this time of year, it's a great opportunity to reflect and appreciate the hard work of our fellow employees, volunteers in the users community and customers that rely on SAS to not only solve problems, but to make their day just a little more interesting and fulfilling. There is a great team of people on the 2nd floor of S, and throughout the SAS Campus that love their jobs, not only because it's a great place to work, but because we get to work with great customers!
