SASGUEST is responsible for the public kiosk page on the Information Delivery Portal. Doesn't sound like it though does it? Isn't that what the SASWBADM should be responsible for?
Deleting this from the SAS system will CRAAAASH the PORTAL!

SASDEMO is supposably for testing the installation once completed and can be removed. However someone in documentation mentioned that this needs to be removed from both SAS Management Console as well as Xythos. Check out SAS Note:
