Gearing up for the Analytics 2012 Conference

1

We’re kicking off a series of blogs to get people ready for the Analytics 2012 Conference. If you’re not familiar with the conference, it’s an annual event that attracts 1,000 analytics professionals for two days of learning and networking.

It’s great for people either looking to learn the latest techniques or hone your skills. This year the conference will be held October 8-9 in Las Vegas (with additional SAS training held before and after the conference).

Now that you’re caught up, let’s get back to the blog. The purpose of the series is to share insights and advice from speakers and other analytics experts.

We’ll have topics on the hottest trends in analytics, career advice for professionals and even break down how analytics could play a part in the presidential race. To lighten things up, we’ll also be providing some tips on what to see and where to go during the conference in Las Vegas.

We always welcome suggestions from our readers on what else you’d like us to cover. So feel free to leave a comment below.

Check back for more on everything Analytics 2012, but in the meantime start networking by joining our LinkedIn group and ‘Liking' our Facebook page.

Have fun without me -- I tried to see if there was any way I could juggle my schedule to attend but I have a must-hit deadline a few days after the conference. I will be jealously thinking of you
