The first week in October marks Customer Service Week, but here at SAS Education, that’s something we focus on every day.

From the moment you register, during your training, and even after you’re back at work, we strive to provide you with high quality, state-of-the-art training and the highest level of customer care possible.

Our mission is to help you learn how to use SAS more effectively and your learning is our top priority.

To meet these goals, we've created a number of programs and services designed exclusively to get you the training you need, when you need it.

The customer service programs we’ve designed just for you include:

Guaranteed to Run

As part of our commitment to growing your SAS knowledge, we guarantee to run any course that has at least one student registered four weeks prior to the course start date. Courses included in this program will have the “guaranteed to run” icon included on the course outline page.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your training experience, let us know within 60 days and we'll offer you another class or refund your initial course fee.

Course Assessments

These brief self-assessments are designed to determine your readiness for a given course. Each assessment contains 10 to 12 multiple choice questions to help you determine if the course you're considering is the right one for you. The self-assessments can be found on the course outline pages of many of our most popular courses.

Extended Learning

At the conclusion of your course, you will receive an e-mail with an access code to your course's extended learning page. Here you can download course data, learn more about course topics through extra practice and examples, recommended readings, technical papers and SAS Press books, and get answers to frequently asked questions.

Certification Program

The SAS Global Certification program recognizes SAS users who can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of SAS software. There are eight globally recognized certifications available.

Best Value Packages

SAS OnDemand for Professionals

SAS OnDemand for Professionals: Enterprise Guide provides individuals who want to grow their SAS skills or get SAS certified easy access to the power of SAS. Use SAS' point-and-click interface, SAS Enterprise Guide, to connect to SAS servers to access practice data from a series of SAS courses and books.

These programs are available 365 days a year because we believe customer service is a year-round commitment.
