SAS documentation projects win international awards

0

We are pleased to announce that a couple of SAS documentation projects recently won Awards of Merit in the Society for Technical Communication’s (STC) 2012 International Summit Awards.

Competition at the international level is tough. Before reaching this level, documentation projects must receive either an Award of Excellence or an Award of Distinguished Technical Communication in the documentation competition at their local STC chapter.

Here are this year’s award recipients:

  • SAS Enterprise Guide 4.3 User Assistance.  Jennifer Tamburro, Marie Dexter, and David Bass were the project writers. Tate Renner was the editor, and Beth Hardin was the e-Learning developer. This documentation project received a Distinguished Technical Communication award in the documentation competition for the STC Carolina chapter.
  • SAS BI Dashboard 4.31: User's Guide. Karen Mobley was the lead writer on this doc,  and the editor was Joel Byrd. This documentation project received a Distinguished Technical Communication award in the documentation competition for the STC Carolina chapter.

Congratulations to everyone who worked so hard on these projects!
