SAS author’s tip: using the NOSTAT option in charts

1

Sandra Schlotzhauer's book Elementary Statistics Using SAS has been described by SAS Press as "bridging the gap between statistics texts and SAS documentation." It's packed with a wealth of useful and easy-to-follow information. In opening up the book to select this week's tip, it was difficult deciding on just one excerpt. After looking at many possible candidates (there are over 500 pages), the NOSTAT option jumped out at me.

The following excerpt is from SAS Press author Sandra Schlotzhauer's book "Elementary Statistics Using SAS" Copyright © 2009,  SAS Institute Inc., Cary, North Carolina, USA. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. (please note that results may vary depending on your version of SAS software)

I hope this week's tip was helpful to you. You can learn more about this book, including viewing a free chapter, by visiting Sandra Schlotzhauer's author page.
