Last week, I got a chance to meet up with authors and San Francisco JMP colleagues Curt Hinrichs and Chuck Boiler while they were in Cary, NC, on business. Despite their super hectic schedules, they kindly agreed to get together at 8 a.m. in the lobby of the swanky Umstead Hotel to get a copy of their new hot off the press book JMP Essentials: An Illustrated Step-by-Step Guide for New Users and to take perhaps their first photo together with their book.

The informal photoshoot went well and I enjoyed catching up with them again in person. This past February, when Chuck and Curt were both briefly in Cary, the three of us recorded a podcast interview in the SAS recording studio. While the podcast interview turned out great, unfortunately my first attempt at recording a video interview last week didn’t go as well (Totally my fault! Time to practice interviewing my pets). Hopefully, I can redeem myself next time they are in Cary.
