When viewing OLAP cubes in Web Report Studio, there comes a time when the user might want to view all the levels within the hierarchy, without the cumbersome process of selecting and expanding each individual item. In 9.2, there is a quick solution. When you right click on the level-heading and choose 'Expand All'.

If this doesn't appear in your screen, you will need to make a change in SAS Management Console. By default, members of the 'Web Report Studio - Report Viewers' do not have the ability to select 'Expand All'. This is probably because 'Expand All' has the ability to dramatically extend the time it takes to view the results on the webpage. However, with well trained users and well organized (or small) OLAP cubes, this might not be an issue with your users. Therefore, open 'Web Report Studio - Report Viewer' role in SAS Management Console's User Manager, move to the 'Capabilities' tab and select the option 'Expand And Collapse All'.
