Alert notification from BI Dashboard 4.2? Include EMAIL addresses in user manager

If you would like for the BI Dashboard to send you an alert via email, you must ensure that the email address is included for each user that will be receiving emails. This is located in SAS Management Console User Manager.

Hi Angela,
We are trying to send alert notification using BI dashbaord 4.3 .But even the KPI reached Threshold but its not triggering any alert.Can you please let me know process for same.Please share if any example regards this starting from creating range,Indicator,Indicator data.

  Zeelan,
  The alerts are set only on an indicator. If you are not receiving the alerts at all, I would suggest opening a SAS Technical Support ticket as this typically indicates an issue with the Event Generator.
