100th Post Anniversary

Can you believe it? Three years ago the SAS BI-ogsource was started as a central area to store my personal musings about how to best use and manage the SAS Business Intelligence Solution (and the various components). It has been interesting meeting people from around the globe and see how my ideas have spread through the SAS community. An example is the Rubix Cube/OLAP analogy that I posted back in 2005 which I still see this around today at OLAP presentations by people I don't know.

The SAS BI-ogsource has also provided me advancements via careers & awards. With over 150 unique users hitting the site each week, I hope the SAS BI-ogsource continues to be of as much value to you as it has been to me. Here is to the next 100 posts!

To celebrate this achievement, I have redesigned the site to take advantage of new blogging functionality. Here is a quick overview of the modifications:

  • SASBI Twitter - a mini blog for quick findings/tricks
  • Custom Google Search - find items in my favorite SAS websites, including Sas.com, SAS-l, and others
  • Zencos News RSS Feed - see recent news from my favorite employer
  • Subscribe to BI-ogsource - using your preference of toolset
