Adding a bookmark or data exploration to the Information Map Viewer Portlet in SAS Information Delivery Portal will only display the number of records in your preferences within the data exploration itself. Be careful of novice users not realizing this and just taking the initial screen at face value (har har).

Two options:
1. Change the data exploration preferences to increase the number of rows/columns that can be viewed on the page. This works will if the portlet still stays viewable on the Portal page.

2. Change the name of the data exploration bookmark to 'Click here for all data records' so that the link at the top of the portlet clues the users to the fact that this might not be everything.
