How has the experience at the institute changed your teaching?

I’m much more aware of online resources to help my students learn. And I look for ways to incorporate Curriculum Pathways into my teaching to benefit all learners.

What new skills did you acquire at the institute?

I find myself focusing on big questions to ask students.

How did your experience at the institute match your expectations?

I’m not really sure what my expectations were going into the program, but I know that I came out knowing a lot more about the technical side of educational resources and about how teachers can use those resources.

Can you share a memorable moment from the summer?

Every day was memorable because of the people I worked with.

How did you feel on your first day? Your last?

I felt excited on my first day and motivated to get back into the classroom on my last.

It’s a great opportunity to see how educational technologies are created and how they evolve.
