Move of the Month - Landmine Fitness


Mine your workout in November with Landmine exercises! This month features the Landmine one arm thruster and the Landmine trunk twist.  These are advanced, full-body movements that involve a ton of core stabilization and loads of power.  They require a huge metabolic output, and integrate your entire body in one movement!  Pick one or both to try over the month and spice up your workout.   Start with the bar and progress your weight, but remember more isn’t better…             better is better!
