Steve Ludlow

Steve Ludlow works as a Principal Technology Consultant in the Technology Practice of SAS UK & Ireland. He has worked for SAS for 29 years and prior to joining SAS was a Senior Research officer at the London School of Economics – working for Nick Stern (now Lord Stern) on Taxation Theory in Developing Countries. It was during this post-doctoral work that Steve was introduced to SAS and he liked the software so much he joined the company! During his 23 years Steve has done a variety of jobs – technical support, training, consulting, pre-sales and management. Steve is a frequent speaker at conferences particularly on Big Data and Analytics. He leads the SAS Visual Analytics and Business Intelligence practice in the UK – liaising with customers and development in the USA. Steve is a graduate of Leicester University and Oxford University – where he worked on Econometric Models of the Common Agricultural Policy.
