MWSUG scholarships for students and new career professionals

If you’ve never attended MWSUG, then you might be wondering what MWSUG is and how it can support you.  MWSUG is the MidWest SAS Users Group and it exists to support users of SAS software in the Midwestern region.  MWSUG provides educational opportunities and resources, and facilitates communication among SAS users and SAS Institute.

The MWSUG conference will be held September 22-24, 2013, in Columbus, Ohio.  The conference provides a great opportunity to enhance your SAS skills, share best practices, and network with other SAS users.

Junior Professional Program

If you have recently started a career and are using SAS full-time as part of your job, MWSUG offers the Junior Professional Program as a means of supporting new SAS users who want to participate in MWSUG. The deadline to apply is July 8, 2013.  This is a great program that helps provide professional development opportunities for new SAS users. Student Scholarship Program

If you are a current full-time college student and are using SAS in your courses or research, MWSUG is offering Student Scholarships to attend and participate in the conference.  There will be workshops, presentations, poster sessions and networking events throughout the conference.  This is a great place to learn techniques and tips that you can immediately apply.
