I installed SAS on a PC remotely after coonecting via Remote Desk to connection..
The installation appears to be fine since there was no negative message- installed successfully was the message. However, when I try to run AS, there is a flash of the blue screen with SAS logo and then nothing - it fades. What has gone wrong? what needs to be done? Thanks I'm so excited that you all want to try out the new knowledge base. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until Monday when the new Customer Support Web site goes live. Be sure to check out support.sas.com/resources on Monday, October 22. And tell us what you think. We'll be waiting to hear from you.
