Hi David, what you are saying is so very true. The Social Media vendor community as a whole really doesn't understand the corporate process. It's unfortunate really because they are generally hurting their credability and missing a huge upside.
What's most interesting to me is that SAS itself is launching Social Media analytic functionality later this year. You guys do know how to add significant value to global companies and I'm looking forward to seeing how that all comes together. I'm expecting we'll see some very exciting things! |
