My challenge to you

0

As summer comes to an end, I find myself getting excited about some of the regional user group conferences that take place every fall. This year, I’ll be presenting a paper at WUSS (Western Users of SAS Software) in Long Beach, CA, in early September. About one week later, I’m honored to give that same paper as the keynote address at MWSUG (MidWest SAS Users Group) in Minneapolis.

The paper talks about the services provided by three organizations at SAS: Technical Support, Education, and Publications. The presentation is really a demo of the dynamic support site, support.sas.com, and shares some tips and techniques (and even some secrets) about ways to get the most out of the Website.  I love giving the paper and I always challenge the audience that they will learn something new before the presentation is over. I have 100% success with that challenge so far!

If you are planning to attend either WUSS or MWSUG, please stop by and say hello. If you can’t make these conferences this year,  visit support.sas.com and browse around by yourself. I still bet you’ll find something there that you didn’t know.
