Test drive e-course at SAS Global Forum

0

For those of you who want to see and try e-Learning, please come visit me at the e-Learning booth at SAS Global Forum in Orlando. Follow me on The SAS Training Post, and I will tell you more about what the future holds for e-learning (think mobile and iPad!). To see what your future holds, why don’t you stop by the booth and try your hand at the Certification Practice exam for Base Programming free of charge? If you find you are not quite ready for the exam you can log onto the SAS Programming 1 e-course and see how that will help you prepare for the exam. Those are just two of many e-course offerings you can sign up and try for FREE while at the conference.

So plan to stop by the booth and sign up for your free access. You are welcome to try the courses for one hour. Time slots do fill up quickly so be sure to reserve yours. I look forward to seeing you there!

She earned her Master’s degree in Epidemiology/Biostatistics and used SAS extensively in research as a faculty member in the School of Public Health and College of Criminal Justice at the University of South Carolina. She came to SAS in 1985 to be a technical reviewer in the Course Development Department and then moved into managing the Computer Based Training Department in 1987. She has seen the self-paced training products evolve from customer sites having to install SAS computer-based training on their own mainframe computers to individual customers using a credit card to gain immediate access to training via internet. By the end of this year, customers will be able to take the online courses anywhere/anytime—from their own desktop to their personal iPad or Android tablet.
