SUBJECT: Conference Chair SAS Global Forum 2015

As many of you know, the SAS Global Users Group Executive Board usually solicits applications about this time of year for the conference chair for SAS Global Forum three years in the future, in this case, the 2015 SAS Global Forum. Applications are then screened by the Nominations Committee of the SAS Global Users Group Executive Board. The full SAS Global Users Group Executive Board then selects the conference chair from the strongest candidates at the SAS Global Users Group Executive Board meeting.

This year, we have decided to solicite applications for the 2015 conference prior to the 2013 conference.

We thank all of the people who continue to work hard to put on the SAS Global Forum conference, as it takes a great deal of effort which is greatly appreciated. Please continue to volunteer as session coordinators, section chairs, invited speakers, contributed speakers and in all of the other ways we may not have mentioned.
