Training options for SAS Visual Analytics

Have you seen SAS Visual Analytics yet? If not take a look at this site where you can try the software right from your browser. SAS Visual Analytics enables you to explore your data visually and then present your results, even to a mobile device. The best part – it’s fun, or at least I think so.

Once you’re ready for training on SAS Visual Analytics we have three options for you:

  • SAS Visual Analytics: Getting Started
    This Live Web class enables you to quickly get started exploring your data and presenting your results by attending two half-day sessions right from your office.
  • SAS Visual Analytics: Fast Track
    This four day classroom course enables you to learn all about preparing data for analysis, exploring the data with many different visualizations, and building detailed multi-section reports with interactive filters. You’ll even get a case study at the end to apply all of the knowledge that you learned so that you’re ready to work with your own data once you get back to work. You can start with the Getting Started course and then move on to the Fast Track when you’re ready to learn more details or you can start with the Fast Track.
  • SAS Visual Analytics: Video Library
    This extensive collection of “How Do I?” type videos will enable you to quickly consume small nuggets of information and is a great addition to attending one of the training courses.  You can try one for free and learn how to collaborate using comments in SAS Visual Analytics designer.

Eric began using SAS in 1987 and has worked with many SAS products on various platforms in the retail and banking industries.     Actually, after browsing your site a little more, I think I answered my own question. I have over 15 y in IT Support and I'm looking to learn something new. Do you speculate your course in intro to visual data analytics might position someone life myself in a better position to market myself for perhaps an entry level industry position in sas visual data analytics?

    Hi Eric,

    I completely agree with SAS Visual Analytics being fun! The courses are great training options on offer which are also fun to teach. Thanks for writing them! I find the classroom courses provide attendees a detailed, hands-on journey to building many visualizations and explorations. Whilst covering the many options and features that may have gone amiss without training.
