Gary:
Thank you for the book Performance Management. I am an IE with my bachelors (University of Southern Calfornia), masters (UM) and MBA (University of Miami). I believe in use of information as competitive differentiator. I am stuck. I practice this in every role I have had in a organization: business analyst, IT project manager, program manager, or internal use consultant. I am relocating to Irvine this month (July). Can you offer any suggestions on what it means to use Performance Management in a 'job description'. This is what I want to do. I know that I can contribute to this field. Very few people hear me and point to CRM or BI as a substitute. It is not the same. If you have written an article on this, I would appreciate the guidance. I've been wanting to reach out to you for years. sincerely, Shatriece Hi, Gary:
I am a cost control specialist from PRC. There are some papers in English on my blog. If you are free, we can make some discussion. Sincerely, Lin Jun |
